Each webinar participant shall bear each of their own costs and expenses incurred in connection with their participation in the webinar, including (without limitation) telecommunications, network and any other charges and out-of-pocket expenses, and UOB shall not be liable to pay or reimburse any webinar participant for their costs and expenses incurred.
