I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally:- 

  1. confirm that I have obtained, read, understood and do agree to be bound by the prevailing UOB Privilege Banking Terms and Conditions (available at uob.com.sg and at the Bank’s branches);
  2. confirm that I have obtained, read, understood and do agree to be bound by the Bank’s prevailing Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts and Services (Individual Customers) (available at uob.com.sg and at the Bank’s branches); and 
  3. agree that the terms referred to above may be amended or supplemented by the Bank from time to time; 
  4. represent and warrant that all information submitted by me in connection with this application is true, correct and complete in all respects and I will promptly inform the Bank in writing of if any such information is incorrect or incomplete in any respect; 
  5. consent to the disclosure and transfer of any information provided in this application or in connection herewith, to and between any branch, agency, representative office, affiliated, associated or related corporation of the Bank and their respective officers, servants or agents, whether in Singapore or elsewhere, whom the Bank considers necessary in order to process this application; 
  6. consent and authorise the Bank and its officers to conduct any credit check on me as the Bank may require from time to time and to obtain from, disclose to, exchange with and/or verify with any party that the Bank may consider appropriate including, without limitation, any of the Bank’s related companies, advisors, credit bureaus, credit reference agents, insurance providers, governmental authorities or any other party set out in the Bank’s prevailing Term and Conditions Governing Accounts and Services (Individual Customers), any information pertaining to me, this application, any of my accounts and/or facility with the Bank;
  7. consent and authorise the Bank to disclose, without prior reference to me, any information and particulars relating to me including, without limitation, details of my account(s) to third parties in respect transactions effected or processed through or involving such third parties;
  8. where applicable, agree to be bound by the indemnity For Taking and Accepting Instructions by Email and Telephone (UOB SEC-147) (“the Indemnity”);
  9. agree and acknowledge that:-
    • in order to qualify as the Bank’s Privilege Banking Customer, I must (i) maintain at all times a minimum acquired monthly cash deposit and/or investment balance of S$350,000 with UOB Privilege Banking (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) as the Bank may decide from time to time in any of my accounts (“Minimum AUM”); and (ii) supply such documentation and other evidence as may be required by the Bank from time to time within such timeline as may be prescribed by the Bank in order for the Bank to conduct and be satisfied that it has complied with all “know your customer” or similar checks (“KYC Checks”); and
    • if I do not maintain this Minimum AUM as required by the Bank or if the Bank is unable to complete or be satisfied that it has complied with all KYC Checks for any reason whatsoever, I will no longer qualify as the Bank’s Privilege Banking customer and the Bank reserves the right to convert my Privilege Account to such other account as the Bank deems appropriate.
