By submitting your participation form for this Promotion, you have agreed to earmark your new funds deposited or to be deposited into your eligible UOB savings account for the relevant period specified in the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. New funds deposited must result in at least a corresponding increase in your eligible UOB savings account’s day-end balance throughout the promotion period and the earmark period when compared against your eligible UOB savings account’s Monthly Average Balance for the calendar month of March 2026.

This is not a confirmation of your successful participation or eligibility in the Promotion as we will need to verify your registration. If you are eligible to participate in the Promotion, your new funds deposited into your eligible UOB savings account for this Promotion will be earmarked for the relevant period specified in the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion and the available balance in respect of your eligible UOB savings account shown on your UOB TMRW will be reduced accordingly by the earmarked amount. Please therefore ensure that the full new funds amount stated in this participation form is deposited into your eligible UOB savings account by 30 June 2026 and maintained until and including the expiry date of the relevant earmark period.
