What you need to know before you can apply for CreditSure Plus (CSP):

You must be a Principal Cardholder of a UOB Credit Card or UOB CashPlus.
You must be between 21 and 65 years old.
You have read and understood the Certificate of Nomination (Policy No. CL100006).
