Important information to note before your Gold Collection appointment

  • Physical gold purchased online may be collected together in a single appointment if the appointment date is at least one business day from the transaction date.
  • Gold purchased online on the date of your collection appointment will not be available for collection during the same appointment. Such purchases will be eligible for collection at from the next business day from the date of transaction.
  • The Bank reserves the right to manage gold collection arrangements to ensure smooth processing.

On the date of your appointment, please ensure that you bring along the following documents:

For Singaporeans / Permanent Residents:
Physical NRIC or valid passport

For Foreigners:
Please bring along the original copies of the following:

  • Physical Passport of account holder
  • Work permit/Student pass/other documents demonstrating your Residency status
  • Proof of Residential address (eg. bank statements, utility or phone bills bearing the account holder's name and address)
  • Banker's reference letter/letter of introduction may be required
