- You must be at least 18 years old and hold a UOB Singapore Account to purchase physical gold.
- Transaction is made based on the prevailing bank selling prices of gold, which may fluctuate from time to time.
- Reservations are on a first come, first served basis, and capped at one reservation per customer, per day. Should there be multiple reservations from the same customer, only the latest successful reservation will be accepted.
- As we are experiencing high demand, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Should you miss your appointment time, you may be required to make another appointment at the next available slot.
- The Bank reserves the right to manage/cancel multiple or missed appointments.
