UOB customers may open an estate account or account for a person who lacks mental capacity to manage your loved one’s finances via this appointment booking form.

For estate accounts, you can select from any of our non-interest bearing current accounts.

All appointed Executors/Administrators of the deceased customer to be present in person with the following documents:

  1. Original/Digital Death Certificate
  2. Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
  3. Original Identity Document(s) of all Executors/Administrators (NRIC – Singaporean/PR, Passport – Foreigner)
  4. For Foreigners, Proof of Residential Address (e.g. original utilities or telco bills).

Opening of estate account is only available for UOB customers. You can select from any of our non-interest bearing current accounts.

Upon arrival at the branch, please obtain assistance from our Service Manager. We are committed to assisting you every step of the way, and we appreciate your understanding and patience should there be a short wait for our services.
