  1. confirm that I have informed and obtained the consent from my family members and/or friends ("Referred Person(s)") named in this form to allow me to disclose the Referred Person(s)' personal details (as set out in this form) to United Overseas Bank Limited ("UOB");

  2. confirm that I have informed the Referred Person(s) that the purpose of such disclosure of the Referred Person(s)' personal details to UOB is to enable UOB to market its products and services;

  3. confirm that I have read and agree (and have ensured that the Referred Person(s) has/have read and agree) to be bound by the terms of the UOB Privacy Notice (Individual);

  4. confirm that the Referred Person(s) has/have no objections to UOB to being contacted by UOB for any of the purposes set out above;

  5. confirm that I have obtained the Referred Person(s)' consent to be contacted by UOB or its representatives via phone, message, email, or other communication channels;

  6. consent and authorise UOB, if UOB so chooses, to disclose my name and contact details, and the fact that I am a Privilege Banking customer of UOB, to the Referred Person(s) for the purposes of the UOB Privilege Banking Client Referral Programme;

  7. confirm that I obtained, read and understood all the terms set out in this form and the prevailing terms and conditions of the UOB Privilege Banking Client Referral Programme;

  8. agree to participate in the UOB Privilege Banking Client Referral Programme and to be bound by all the terms set out in this form and the prevailing terms and conditions of the UOB Privilege Banking Client Referral Programme.

Full Terms & Conditions

This promotion is extended to existing UOB Privilege Banking clients. Rewards will be accorded for each successful referral of a new UOB Privilege Banking client who places a minimum of S$350,000 in fresh funds with UOB Privilege Banking within one (1) month from the account opening date and maintains such funds for at least three (3) months, commencing from the month the referred client is officially upgraded.
