By submitting this form, I confirm I have read and accept the terms and conditions governing Singtel-UOB Card $300 Grab Vouchers Lucky Draw 2026 Promotion (15 July to 14 September 2026). In addition to any consent I have already provided to United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) and any right of UOB under applicable law, I consent to UOB collecting, using and disclosing my personal data for the purposes of this Promotion, including contacting me by voice call, email or text message.

*Singtel-UOB Card S$300 Grab Vouchers Lucky Draw 2026 Promotion (15 July to 14 September 2026) (“Promotion”) is valid from 15 July to 14 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period") only. You must successfully register to participate in the Promotion by submitting an online registration on the Singtel-UOB Card webpage, or via Rewards+ on UOB TMRW, during the Promotion Period (the “Online Registration”). You will be awarded one (1) chance for every S$50 local spend, two (2) chances for every S$50 equivalent in foreign spend or two (2) chances for every S$50 in Singtel/GOMO spend  to your Singtel-UOB Card from and including the date of your Online Registration till 14 September 2026 (the “Spend Period”). A total of 100 winners who satisfy all the conditions for the Promotion will be randomly selected during the lucky draw.
