I agree that the Incremental Fresh Funds Amount deposited into my participating UOB FX+ (USD) account (the "Account") stated in this form, will enjoy the Promotional Interest Rate for a period (i) commencing on the date on which at least US$2,000 in Incremental Fresh Funds are deposited into, and received by, the Bank in the Account; and (ii) ending three months from the Participation Date. The Participation Date refers to the date that is the next business day following the successful submission of this Participation Form. After the 3-month period, the Bank’s prevailing interest rate for the Account shall apply.

  3. In addition to any other consent I have already provided to United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) and any right of UOB under applicable laws, I consent to UOB collecting, using and disclosing my information (including personal data) for the purposes of this Promotion and to contact me, including by voice call, email or text message.
