i. contacting me/us/the Entity via telephone and/or email regarding the above services (including third-party services);

ii. verifying my/our/the Entity’s contractual relationship with the Partner;

iii. providing me/us/the Entity with the above services (including third-party services) and/or;

iv. contacting me/us/the Entity about any UOB or the Partner’s products, services, offers and events that UOB or the Partner thinks may be of interest to my representative(s), the Entity and/or myself; and/or

v. complying with the requirements of any relevant authorities.

The Partner is solely responsible for their products and services and UOB shall not be construed as endorsing or recommending any such product or service and makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the completeness, accuracy, use, purchase and/or subscription of any of the products and/or services provided by the Partner.
