Section C: Feeds for removal

To Note:

  • Dormant account, Loans account, Fixed Deposit, Credit Card, Personal account cannot be linked
  • Account must be opened in Singapore
  • Account number indicated must correspond to the specific company
  • For customers who have already established a bank or payment feed and is facing connectivity issues, please reach out directly to the respective solution partner
  • For each bank account, a customer may have one bank feed and one payment feed.
  • If you have an existing bank feed and applying for a new feed for another solution, we will remove the existing bank feed
  • Any information that deviated from bank records will cause delay to the activation process which is not included in the 10-14 working days

By checking this box and clicking on the "Submit" button, I, for and on behalf of myself and the entity (the “Entity”) named in this form hereby confirm that I/we:

(i) Consent and authorize UOB to disclose and provide the third party service provider selected in this form any data or information relating to our above UOB Bank Account(s) (including, but not limited to, the statements of such account(s)) in any manner whatsoever, and, in this context, UOB is hereby explicitly relieved of any legal implications of banking secrecy and data privacy, whether pursuant to the Singapore Banking Act (1970), the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (2012) or otherwise.

(ii) Agree to the terms and conditions as stated here;

(iii) Consent to UOB collecting, using and disclosing the given information to such persons as UOB may so decide (including but not limited to the third party service provider) for the purposes of UOB and/or the third party service provider:

(a) contacting me/us/the Entity via telephone and/or email regarding the above solutions (including third party solutions);

(b) providing me/us/the Entity with the above solutions (including third party solutions); and/or

(c) complying with the requirements of any relevant authorities.
