I, for and on behalf of myself, and/or any representative(s) of mine and the entity (the “Entity”) named in this form hereby confirm, that I/we have read, understood and agree to all of the following:

(2) consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my/their personal data, contact details and/or the given information by and to UOB Group for the purposes of:

a) any member of the UOB Group contacting me/us/the Entity via telephone, email or other means about the products, services, offers and events of any member of the UOB Group or any third-party solution providers, including but not limited to IT/software vendors, marketing agencies, and professional advisors (the “Partner”) that UOB thinks may be of interest to my representative(s), the Entity and/or myself and/or;

b) complying with the requirements of any relevant authorities.

(3) The Partner is solely responsible for their products and services and UOB Group shall not be construed as endorsing or recommending any such product or service and makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the completeness, accuracy, use, purchase and/or subscription of any of the products and/or services provided by the Partner.

UOB, its subsidiaries and associated companies are hereinafter known collectively with UOB as the 'UOB Group'.
