By registering for this event and/or attending this event, I, for and on behalf of myself, and/or any representative(s) of mine and the entity (the “Entity”) named in this form registering for this event and/or attending this event hereby represent and warrant, that we have read, understood and agree to all of the following:

i. to submit to United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) and/or Enterprise Singapore (“EntSG”) and/or any third-party solution providers, including any of their respective agents, dealers and sub-contractors (“Partner”) all the information on this form:

a. for the purposes of administration and management of the event; and/or
b. for disclosure to such persons as UOB and/or EntSG and/or the Partner may so decide; and/or
c. to provide my representative(s), the Entity and/or myself with information via telephone and/or email about any products, services, offers and events that UOB and/or EntSG and/or the Partner thinks may be of interest to my representative(s), the Entity and/or myself

iii. understand that video, audio, and/or images may be recorded from the event;

iv. consent to UOB’s and/or EntSG’s and/or the Partner’s use of any such recordings in its communication materials for marketing and publicity purposes, as well as the sharing of event photos/videos that me or my representative(s) and/or other subjects may be featured in with other event attendees as a post-event keepsake;

v. the Partner and/or EntSG is solely responsible for their products and services and UOB makes no representation or warranty whether express or implied, and accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the completeness, accuracy, use, purchase and, where applicable, subscription of any of the products or services provided by the Partner and/or EntSG.
