Download Navigating Connectivity: Exploring ASEAN opportunities for the Greater Bay Area report

UOB Hong Kong partnered with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in 2023 to conduct a joint research to study the views of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) enterprises on trading with and investing in ASEAN, as well as their business expansion plans in the region. The report reveals that nearly 85% of GBA-based businesses will maintain or expand their sales operations in the ASEAN region in the next three years. And among the ASEAN countries, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam are GBA enterprises' key target markets.
