We will investigate the matter and strive to resolve your concerns within 3 to 5 business days. If more time is required for investigation, we will update you on the progress and strive to resolve your concerns within 14 business days.
If, despite our best efforts, you believe that we have not addressed your concerns, you may seek the assistance of The Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC). FIDReC's services are available to all consumers who are individuals or sole-proprietors. The jurisdiction of FIDReC in adjudicating disputes between banks and consumers is up to S$100,000.
