 By clicking "Submit", I represent and warrant that all information provided by me in this SmartPay application is true and complete, I also certify that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

I consent to United Overseas Bank Group("UOB") collecting, using and disclosing my personal data for the purpose of informing me about its card products and card-related services, via voice calls or text messages or email. This is in addition to any other consent which I may have provided to UOB in respect to UOB in respect of the collection, use and/or disclosure of my personal data and shall be without prejudice to and does not derogate from UOB’s rights to collect, use and/or disclose my personal data under the law.

Before clicking submit, please ensure:
- The exact details of the transaction(s) are keyed in correctly as reflected in your UOB Credit Card statement (if applicable).
- There is available credit limit (excluding temporary credit limit) on your UOB Credit Card for the posting of the processing fee.

Note: Please allow the next working day to process your application, subject to UOB (the "Bank")'s approval. The status of your application will be sent to you via SMS as per Bank's record.

*SmartPay is valid for i) a maximum of up to five combined retail transactions; or ii) total outstanding balance (excluding previous outstanding balance and selected transactions); posted in the principal cardmember's current monthly credit card statement with a minimum total amount of S$500. Not valid for UOB Purchasing Cards, UOB Corporate Cards, UOB Private Labels Cards, all UOB Visa Electron Cards, and all UOB Visa Debit Cards. One-time processing fee of 3% (EIR of 18.18% p.a.) for a 3-month instalment plan, 3% (EIR of 10.43% p.a.) for a 6-month instalment plan or 5% (EIR of 9.5%) for a 12-month instalment plan will be charged in full within the first instalment and is non-refundable.
